Enquire before you visit
A brief description of the watch and what you have noticed helps us prepare. Most clients contact us by phone or through the enquiry form before bringing the piece in.
Assessment at the workshop
The watch is examined properly before any service commences. Findings are discussed with the client, and work is agreed before it begins. No surprises.
Service and return
Work is carried out to the agreed scope. Clients are contacted if anything changes. The piece is cleaned externally and returned promptly when ready.
Quartz Battery and Movement Service
Careful battery replacement combined with a wider movement check for quartz calibres. The case is opened with attention to gaskets, the battery contact cleaned, and a fresh cell of appropriate type fitted. Where wear is observed, clients are advised before further steps are taken.
The service includes a basic timing check, a light external cleaning, and replacement of the caseback gasket where required. Most quartz services are completed within three to five working days.

Mechanical Movement Service
Considered service for hand-wound and self-winding mechanical movements. The work covers disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of components, inspection of pivots and jewels, replacement of worn parts as needed, fresh lubrication, and regulation across positions.
The case and bracelet receive a light external cleaning during the service. Clients receive a written report covering work performed and any further attention recommended.

Strap and Bracelet Refitting
Fitting and repair of leather straps, fabric straps, and metal bracelets. Services include spring bar replacement, bracelet sizing through link removal or addition, repair of damaged links, and replacement of worn buckles where compatible parts are available.
Leather strap selection covers a range of finishes from local and international suppliers. Most strap services are completed during a single visit when materials are on hand.

Applied across all services
Careful handling throughout
All pieces are handled with appropriate care from the moment they arrive until they are returned. Cases, crystals, and dials are protected during service work.
Secure while in the workshop
Watches left for servicing are stored securely while in our care. Clients are given a receipt on drop-off.
Honest about scope limitations
If a calibre requires parts we do not hold or work we do not carry out — case refinishing, for instance — we say so at assessment rather than taking the piece in under false pretences.
